Downtown hotels are at a sold-out status, but for five days and four nights you will celebrate country music and stay at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown, a four-star hotel in the heart of all CMA Music Festival/Fan Fair activities. Accommodations at this hotel require a four night stay. Single, double, triple and quad occupancy rooms are available at this time through What A Trip! -- while they last!

Each four night trip package includes all this and more:

Meals and transportation to/from Nashville are not included.

Your seats at LP Field for the evening concerts are located in the lower west side of LP Stadium.  We believe these are the very best seats because you won’t be facing the sun as it goes down each evening and you have easy access to the photo line.

All Renaissance hotel rooms have great amenities, but not all are cost-free. If you wish to use a service at the Hotel, but do not know if there is a charge for it, please ask the hotel operator.

Self-parking fees are $6 per day if you leave your car in the garage, however, you will be charged each time you leave the garage. For Valet parking, it is $25 plus tax, per day. Parking fees and tips for Valets are the responsibility of the driver.

At the time of check-in, you will be required to present a credit card or cash for incidents during the time you are a guest in the hotel. Upon check-out, you must pay for your own incidental charges with cash or credit card. If you use a debit card for your deposit it is highly likely due to standard hotel procedures that a significant dollar amount will be put on “hold” from your account to ensure that your account will be paid.  If you have NO room charges, or other items for which there was a charge, you will have no fees to pay at the hotel.

Those flying to Nashville will arrive at Nashville International Airport (BNA).  After you collect your luggage, please take either the elevator or escalator to the first floor of the airport where you will see a Gray Line Ticket counter.  Please inform the Gray Line ticket agents that you are a guest of What A Trip! as these agents will have a list of all trip guests and will have your round-trip shuttle transportation tickets to the Renaissance Downtown Hotel.

WORDS OF CAUTION:  You will be provided with a shuttle ticket from the Gray Line agent and it is important that you do not lose it as you will need it for your return transportation on Monday, June 15. Lost or stolen shuttle tickets will not be replaced.
Be prepared to return to the airport on June 15 at least two hours prior to your scheduled departure.  Buses traveling to the airport leave every 30 minutes from the Renaissance Hotel.  What A Trip! staff will provide you with the departure times.

During the Festival/Fan Fair What A Trip! staff is located on the lobby level of the hotel between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily.  They will provide you with all your tickets and provide assistance for you during your visit to Nashville.
